Join lululemon Polaris for a free community workout led by lululemon Ambassador Mikey Fragoulis, founder and owner of The 1 Fitness in Evans Farm and co-founder of Move & Mingle 614, a local fitness community dedicated to bringing people together through movement and connection. Mikey is a certified personal trainer who is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, prioritize wellness, and reach their goals through fitness.

This all-levels workout will take place inside Polaris Fashion Place and is designed to challenge, energize, and inspire. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, you'll leave feeling stronger, more connected, and ready to take on your day.
