I’m turning 60 on Oct 17. A great way to honor my Mom and my 12 year old friend that were killed by a drunk driver when I was 15. Join my team “Team Joyce and Irene,” or sign up on your own or create your own team:) Civic Park in Walnut Creek in the morning Oct 17. All proceeds go directly back into our community! There are police canines, Waymo, informational booths, music, and a great raffle etc. from many sponsors in our community. Great for teens and young adults as they can learn more about the dangers and consequences of drunk/impaired driving. 2 out of 3 people will be affected by the actions of an impaired driver. Sad stats from a 100 percent preventible crime.
