About this Event
Join us for a refreshing women’s wellness hangout designed to strengthen your body, clear your mind, and build meaningful connection. This full-body movement session will combine intentional strength-based exercises with uplifting energy in a welcoming, feminine environment.
We’ll begin with prayer and intentional reflection, creating space to slow down, reset, and ground ourselves before moving together. After class, enjoy coffee, light bites, and time to connect with other women in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
Whether you’re just getting started or already love training, this experience is for all women looking to move their bodies, recharge mentally, and leave feeling encouraged.
