Get ready to move! Trooper Met Con is a high-energy, total-body workout combining strength, cardio, and interval training to challenge your body and build endurance.
This special bodyweight edition requires no equipment—just you. Expect a mix of functional strength movements and heart-pumping intervals designed to get you moving, sweating, and feeling stronger. We’ll finish with a focused ab and core burner to close it out Trooper-style.
All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications provided throughout. Come ready to move at your own pace, feed off the energy of the people around you, and discover what your body is capable of.
