Join us for Move. Sip. Inspire., a must-attend International Women’s Day celebration bringing together women (and the people who love them) for a powerful day of movement, connection, and purpose.

This is more than an event — it’s a celebration of women from all walks of life and every stage of the journey. Mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, mentors, and allies — all are welcome. We also encourage men to join us in celebrating the incredible women in their lives.

We’ll kick off the day with an energizing, inclusive yoga or pilates class led by inspiring women in wellness — designed for all levels and focused on connection, strength, and joy.

🛍️ Women-Owned Marketplace
After class, explore a curated marketplace featuring all women-owned businesses, from wellness and beauty to retail, art, food, and lifestyle brands. Shop with purpose and support female entrepreneurs in our community.

📸 Photo Booths & Experiences
Capture the moment with interactive photo booths and fun, feel-good experiences celebrating sisterhood, strength, and community.

✨ Wellness Activations
Enjoy a variety of mini wellness experiences throughout the event — including stretch sessions, mobility or posture checks, recovery moments, and wellness “sip” experiences thoughtfully integrated throughout the day.

🌍 A Celebration with Global Impact
While we celebrate locally, Move. Sip. Inspire. also supports women globally. This event is a fundraiser benefiting Give Us Wings, whose mission is to empower women through skilling programs in Uganda — helping women build sustainable futures for themselves and their families.
