About this Event

Puppy Yoga by Puppy Sphere™

Join Puppy Sphere™ for an award-winning puppy yoga class combining movement and plenty of puppy cuddles to help reduce stress and boost your mood.

Inspired by the impact their own dogs had on their mental health, Puppy Sphere’s female founders built the brand around a simple idea: not everyone can have a dog, but everyone deserves the mood-boosting benefits of being around one.

With studios in Chicago, NYC, Long Island, DC, California, and Canada if you're interested in taking a class after the festival!

The Move Pillar is presented by Propel and this class is brought to you by Puppy Sphere™.
