Move Me: A Dance of Duality invites you into a journey of embodied exploration where movement becomes meditation and dance becomes the language of connection. Through solo and contact improvisation, we explore light and shadow, lead and follow, animal and spirit, playfulness and depth.

Guided by Tantric principles, this experience offers a sacred space to awaken sensuality, presence and emotional expression through the body. You’ll be invited to move beyond structure and into organic flow, to listen deeply to your body’s wisdom and to connect with others through touch, breath and awareness.

A deeply self-regulating and co-regulating experience, this practice is designed to nourish you through and through.

In our time together, we will:
✨ Invite breath and movement to cultivate presence and healthy energy flow
✨ Deepen connection with ourselves and others
✨ Explore themes of consent and boundaries
✨ Engage in playful, sensual dance and embodied communication
✨ Learn to express and connect without words through movement, rhythm and touch

Here, there is no need for performance or perfection, only authenticity, curiosity and connection. This is an invitation to dance out your dualities, to harmonise within, to soften and awaken and to celebrate the full spectrum of your embodied self.

Charlotte is a passionate and creative spirit who leads a life with a focus on bringing richness and depth to every aspect of it. She utilises the beautiful and potent practices of Modern Tantra to support her in doing so. As a tantra practitioner, artist, vocalist and business owner, Charlotte has been developing her creative offering over the years so that it may truly nourish others' body, mind and soul in wholesome and wonderful ways. She provides sessions and workshops in Tantric practice within her business, White Dakini. On a personal level, she loves to immerse herself in nature and tune into the magic of life and wilder ways of self expression through ritual, song and dynamic movement flows.
