Attention!! Who’s ready to get some miles on Mondays!
We are going to begin our Move It Mondays with loops out at the Crystal Hill Industrial Park or take a run down North Shore Trail this coming up Monday. We will have two course options
We will meet around 6pm and run from the Elementary School, follow the beginning of the ARK 5k! Instead of taking a right to go up towards Cook’s Landing Rd, take a left and loop back around towards the school!
Each loop is approximately 1 mile, the North Shore course is around 2.5 miles!
We encourage all paces! All distances! All ages!!
