Ayurveda teaches that each season carries unique qualities that influence our body and mind. During the summer months, the heat, intensity, and sharp qualities of pitta season can sometimes leave us feeling overheated, irritable, or depleted.
In the first hour, Cassady will share simple daily routines, seasonal foods, herbs, and cooling self-care practices to help maintain balance during the summer.
In the second hour of this workshop, Keni will guide you through gentle, cooling yoga, breath-work and meditation designed to calm pitta energy and leave you feeling refreshed, nourished, and aligned with the season.
In addition, you will take home supportive handouts with recipes, yoga sequences, and routines (plus a goodie bag filled with essentials such as a neti pot, essential oils, herbal blends, and more).
