Move for More: A Movement & Sound Experience for ALS
Two transformative 1-hour classes • Movement, Breath, & Sound
Join us for Move for More, a community-driven movement and sound experience created to honor those impacted by ALS and raise support for ongoing care and research.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to ALS United Orange County, helping fund vital local programs, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families navigating ALS.
Move for More is an opportunity to come together with intention—to move our bodies, open our hearts, and support a cause that deeply matters. Through movement, community, and sound, we honor those affected by ALS and contribute directly to the work of ALS United OC.

Class 1: 9:30am - 10:30am

Teachers: Justin Soffa and Darren Obong

Description: This all-levels class features a 40-minute mat-based strength workout led by Justin, followed by a 20-minute sound bath with Darren to leave you feeling strong, calm, and refreshed.

Class 2: 11am - 12pm

Teachers: Solana Tadeo and Juliet Pham

Description: This all-levels class features 40 minutes of mat Pilates led by Solana, followed by a 20-minute sound bath with Juliet Pham to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.

After class step out to the Pendry Event Lawn and enjoy coffee, treats, and plunges by Pause Newport Beach.

Please Note:

• All the profits from your ticket will be donated to ALS United Orange County.
• There is a 1 ticket limit per person to ensure access for all to experience the event
• If you plan on cold plunging please bring your own towel
• Parking is avaialble for Valet at the Pendry or there is the option to park across the street at Fashion Island and walk over
