This event will be a pilates and meditation session. In this session you will connect to your body and mind while supporting a great cause!
Lebanon & Ireland have been connected for years through Irish peacekeeping in Lebanon.
I am half Irish and half Lebanese I want to continue this support for the Lebanese people in need. Lebanese people need are support urgentl.
All proceeds will go to Lebanese Red Cross. Lebanese Red Cross are first responders during an emergency. ⛑️
