Move, Defend, Act -Physical Tools of Self Defence

Over two days will look at the physical tools needed to to be able to defend yourself successfully. 

The curriculum that we will be using is very condensed so it will be easy to become proficient over the 2 days.

* Move - Understanding how structure and balance are paramount to effective and efficient movement

* Defend - How to use your arms to successfully defend yourself

* Act - Learn base physical tools that have multiple applications

We will obviously also go through the correct mindset to be able to use these tools.

Then we will use what we've learned while gradually increasing stress to test that you can apply what you've learned.

As with everything I teach it will be taught in a safe fun environment where individual learning is greatly promoted.

Jim Armstrong has been involved in martial arts/combatives/self defence for almost 40 years and uses out of the box thinking to find better ways to connect his material to people no matter their experience or ability.
