Grupo 2: ritmo 6:00 – 6:30 min/km

Grupo 3: ritmo 6:30 – 7:00 min/km

The Move Club by Myprotein is hitting the streets of Barcelona in collaboration with Good Soles Run Club.

Join us for a 5K social run through Barceloneta, connect with an amazing running community, and get the chance to grab some Myprotein goodies along the way.

🕠 Meet-up time: 6:30 PM

📍 Location: Inner Flow Studio | Passeig del Mare Nostrum, 15, Ciutat Vella, 08039 Barcelona

There will be three pace groups:

Group 1: pace 5:30 – 6:00 min/km

Group 2: pace 6:00 – 6:30 min/km

Group 3: pace 6:30 – 7:00 min/km

*Terms and Conditions

1. I agree to participate in activities at Move Club BARCELONA including but not limited to a community/group run/fitness session and other activities (the “Activity”) organised by THG Nutrition Limited (trading as Myprotein) and/or its agent and/or group companies (“Company”).

2. I agree that I will participate in the Activity in accordance with the safety instructions provided by the Company (“Safety Instructions”). Furthermore, I shall ensure my own personal safety at all times and I will follow the instructions, guidelines and rules of the Company in accordance with the Safety Instructions.

3. I understand and accept that the Activity will be physical and strenuous and requires a level of fitness which means I should not undertake it unless I am physically fit. I confirm that I do not know of any medical condition that I suffer from which might put me at risk of becoming involved in an incident which could result in injury to myself or to others whilst taking part in the Activity.

4. By taking part in the Activity, I understand and accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or associated with my partaking in the Activity. I hereby waive all and any claims against the Company in this regard.

5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, indemnify and shall keep indemnified the Company from all claims for any injury, loss or damage sustained by me arising from or associated with the Activity. I hereby indemnify the Company against all claims made by any other person against the Company in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with my failure to comply with the Safety Instructions and/or directions of the Company.

6. I agree to be photographed and filmed by the Company in connection with my participation in the Activity. The photographs and/or video content may be used by the Company in any promotional video(s), social media posts and/or general marketing literature produced by or on behalf of the Company from time to time. The Company may, without limitation, use the photographs and filmed content on the Company’s website and/or social media accounts.

7. I hereby irrevocably authorise the Company and its affiliates to copyright, publish (including in magazines advertisements), reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast (including online), televise, digitise, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use, (a) my name, image, likeness, and voice, and (b) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audio-visual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by myself (collectively, the “Materials ”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, advertising or promotion of the Company, without further consent from or payment to me.

8. It is understood that all of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital copies of the Materials, are the sole property of Company. I agree not to contest the rights or authority granted to Company hereunder. I hereby forever release and discharge Company, its employees, licensees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, or demands whatsoever arising by reason of defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or any other personal or property rights from or related to any use of the Materials. I understand that Company is under no obligation to use the Materials.

9. This document contains the entire agreement between the Company and the undersigned concerning the subject matter hereof.
