In this series, you'll:

This isn’t about choreography or fancy tricks — it’s about reconnecting with how your body moves, responds, and expresses. Through guided exploration, floorwork, and dynamic exercises, you'll build tools that enhance your dancing — not just in Lindy Hop, but across any style.
No modern dance experience needed — just curiosity and a love for movement!
