Move & Groove with Gratitude

Take a pause before the holiday rush to reconnect with your body and your breath. This Creative Courage workshop blends free-form movement, mindful reflection, and music to help you release tension and cultivate gratitude.

No experience needed, just a willingness to dance it out!

Each session provides:

• Educational Content to explore themes like self-expression, stress management, and navigating challenges with creativity and courage.
• Group Discussions to foster connection, share experiences, and build mutual support.
• Approachable Arts Activities led by facilitators (and occasional guest artists/co-facilitators), using creative exercises such as journaling, movement, visual arts, or storytelling to deepen self-awareness and promote healing.

Therapeutic Goals:

• Cultivate self-awareness by exploring creative expression.
• Build resilience through the arts, learning tools to manage stress and embrace change.
