Join us for a low impact dance exercise class with simple dance routines that anyone can learn quickly and have fun dancing! This professionally choreographed class can be done sitting or standing and welcomes all ages and experience levels.
Prices based on a 4 or 5 week month:

5 Weeks: M: $45 NM: $50
