A space for you to get in touch with the essence of the body and mind for deeper wisdom.

Access somatic practices through guided movement and geometry pattern practice.

We use practical tools combining the Eastern style of receiving techniques (Tao, Yoga) and Western style of active intention (visualisation).

You will be guided to be in deeply centred to reclaim your power and wisdom. You will leave the session with a centred heart and a calm mind. When we gather, we come to remind ourselves of who we really are.

This is a practice that integrates esoteric knowledge and somatic principles to focus on the internal experience of the body. These movement helps you to engage your physical and emotional state, meanwhile geometric pattern works on your cognitive processes and expansion. Besides developing awareness and clarity, it helps you to reduce stress and reconnect with the body-mind.

About your guide:

Thanks to her downfall of health, career, and relationships, she started her journey of transformation. Through a dedicated dance and meditation path, Vic Qi experienced a profound shifts in her mind and body. She left her career and dived into the wellness industry where she has organised over 300 events relating to human connection and wellness. She learned and became a guide for intentional movement focuses on internal experiences.

With somatic movement (dance, yoga, qigong), she found a practical way to be at home with the body and use movement as a tool to shift the mind. Her love for geometry and natural artwork patterns has helped her in shifting and expanding her mindset.

Leading her to dedicate and commit in creating intentional experiences for others and herself to be in our natural rhythm.
