Move & Mingle is a friendly and welcoming social group for people recovering from, or affected by, strokes. It’s a relaxed space to connect with others, enjoy a chat over tea and coffee, and take part in light activities such as dominos and board games that gently support coordination and confidence.
All are welcome to drop in at any time, for just a £2.50 donation to cover use of the room and refreshments.
