A Mountain Zouk Retreat, Aug 1st, 2026 ALL DAY! Set in the stunning mountains of Asheville NC, on a beautiful farm just 17 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Limited spots are available to begin the day with a meditation alongside the intuitive horses 🐎. Yes, you read that correctly, I've done it and it is AMAZING!!!

10:00–11:30 AM — Horse Meditation 🐎 (limited spots, magic happens here)
11:45 AM–1:00 PM — Zouk Home 💛
1:00–1:15 PM — Stillness & Rest 😌 (integrate, breathe, snack if needed)
1:15–2:45 PM — Zouk Presence ✨
2:45–3:15 PM — Lunch 🥪 (bring your favorite sandwich or bite)
3:15–4:45 PM — Zouk Presence 💃🏽
5:00–7:00 PM — Social Dancing 🎶 (play, connect, flow)
7:30–9:00 PM — Group Dinner 🍽️ (pay your own way, good vibes welcomed)
