Mountain Views & Movement!

Ladies, join EmpowerHER for a grounded morning of movement and mountain views on a beautiful hike right outside of Red Rock Canyon called First Creek Canyon Trail. This hike focuses on intentional movement, fresh air, and connecting with women who are looking to make new friends here in Vegas!

We’ll keep an easy pace - welcoming all fitness levels so there’s space to enjoy the views, connect, and simply be present. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, supported, and part of the community. And yes, your dogs are welcome too!

We will only walk to the tree line and then turn back! So overall, looking at 2-2.5 miles in total!

Parking is FREE and located in a gravel area right off the roadside. I recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early before we start the hike at 8:00am to allow time to find parking and get acclimated.

Bring a jacket for the cooler temps and water to stay hydrated!
