It’s time for another Mountain State Music on the Folklore Stage!We’ve teamed up with our friends at Daily 304 to bring you this in-store concert series that’s also live-streamed and recorded to offer live video performances to WV Artists.
For our May edition, we’re featuring a Charleston native, Jake Bryan Guthrie, going by the stage name The Holler. Jake calls his sound Y’allternative, which is his version of acoustic-based Appalachian folk/alternative rock with heartfelt lyrics and strong melodies.
We’ll also be featuring Caden Glover, a singer/songwriter from Union, WV. Caden grew up surrounded by old time music and learned to play bluegrass banjo at a young age. Now he’s spreading his love for country, folk, and blues rock all around Appalachia with his powerful voice.
Both performances you definitely won’t wanna miss.
As always, this is a free event, but donations are highly encouraged at the door for the musicians.
