Mountain Mindfulness Hike

Exploring nature not only nurtures the human soul but also sparks natural curiosity about the world around us, creating a stronger connection between all of life and the inner natural being. Mindfulness hikes guided by Root to Rise Wellness help establish these connections - connections to self, others, and the environment - using the Five Elements of Mindfulness as a guide for exploring one’s outer and inner landscape. Join us on our next hike and discover your wholeness through a connection with nature!

Root to Rise Mindfulness Hikes occur once per month. Please see our schedule below or visit our website www.inforoot2rise.com. All hikes are dog and family-friendly and are guided under the expertise of a mindfulness coach. Proper gear, such as water packs, hiking boots, and poles are recommended for this experience. Additional snow gear is recommended for hikes that take place during the winter season. Space is limited, so book in advance!

Mindfulness Hikes take place every *third Saturday of the month from **10:30am-12:00pm. Space is limited, so please reserve your space in advance!

Tickets are non-refundable and registration is available based on a three-tiered justice pricing structure. You are invited to reflect on what you’re able to contribute and if you’re in a position to pay at the higher end of the pricing scale to support others who are not able at this time.
