Each Pack may send Scouts that meet one of the following requirements (with how you normally score):Any Scout that placed 1st for their rank in their Pack Pinewood Derby.
Any Scout that placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th overall in their Pack Pinewood Derby.
Any Scout that wants to enter the Design Competition (will race in Open class, after Championship race, unless also qualified via unit speed).
