Perfect for novices and those seeking to refine their skills, this course covers essential topics such as equipment selection and setup, balance, body positioning, and cadence. You’ll learn to navigate uphills and downhills safely, master cornering, separate body and bike movements, and gain control over your bike. Additionally, we’ll teach you how to hop over small obstacles and handle minor drops. Embark on this adventure with us and explore local trails while becoming a more skilled and confident mountain biker.
