What is a mountain bike "Try-It"? This free event is an opportunity for students to discover mountain biking through fun games and activities led by licensed mountain bike coaches and Pennsylvania Interscholastic Cycling League staff who are passionate about riding and helping students have fun & safe adventures on their bikes. It will be a great way to find out more about a school district mountain bike team, meet other riders, and learn about the local mountain biking community! No mountain biking experience is required.When and where is it? May 11th from 1 PM - 3 PM at Franklin Regional High School.
Who can participate? All students entering grades 6-12 in the Fall and adults interested in learning more about a school district mountain bike team. There are opportunities ranging from riders and coaches to parent volunteers and sponsors.
What do you need to participate?
Bring your bike and helmet. Don't have a bike or helmet? No worries! You can borrow one of ours.
A signed waiver will also be required and can be completed prior to the event by clicking link below. Please forward a copy of the completed waiver to [email protected]. The online waiver can also be completed at check-in.
