Mount Sinai Innovation Partners - Demo Day 2025 (HYBRID EVENT)

We are pleased to announce that Mount Sinai Innovation Partners (MSIP) will be hosting our annual Demo Day of Elementa Labs companies and other Mount Sinai Pitch Challenge entrepreneurs on May 7, 2025 at Brown Rudnick in NYC. This is a unique opportunity to get an inside look at the innovative companies participating in the virtual incubator and other emerging solutions being developed at Mount Sinai.

Attendees will have the chance to meet and ask questions to the company founders, learn more about the products and services the companies are creating, and hear about their future plans.

12:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Keynotes, Elementa Labs Demo Day, Networking Session #1

Elementa Labs companies will be introducing their companies and the progress they have made with the Mount Sinai Health System over the last 12 weeks, plus future plans:

• Medwise AI – developing an AI platform that reduces administrative burden for healthcare professionals through workflow automation. Its flagship product—a clinical question-answering agent—searches vast local data to provide clinicians with instant, actionable insights at the point of care, helping them make faster, more informed decisions.
• OBELAB – advancing portable brain imaging with their product, NIRSIT, a high-resolution fNIRS system. Recently, they have begun commercializing clinical applications and are enhancing conventional NIRS technology with AI and other innovations.
• TAILRD | Heart – developing an AI-powered solution for the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease, integrating artificial intelligence with clinical expertise enhances diagnostic accuracy, surfaces personalized treatments, and improves patient outcomes at population, panel, and individual levels.

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Startup Go to Market Panel Discussion, Networking Sesison #2

Come hear from an eclectic group of buy-side executives and startups who have successfully sold into hospitals and other customer groups. This panel discussion will focus on the process of selling, expectations, and prioritizing potential customers.

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Mount Sinai Pitch Challenge

Come hear teams of Mount Sinai entrepreneurs present their healthcare technologies and innovative solutions with commercial / business potential, as they compete for a chance to win one of three $33K cash prizes! Participating teams will present ideas representing opportunities in everything from digital health and AI to devices and therapeutics.

Mount Sinai teams are currently being determined through our Tech Launchpad program.

5:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Investor Panel Discussion

If you want to learn more about investors and investor relations to better navigate your current/future entrepreneurial ventures, this event by MSIP is for you! At the Investor Panel, attendees will get a chance to ask questions and discover what investors look for in a good application, pitch, and investment with a focus in the healthcare/biotech sector.
