In a rare pre-release showcase, guests will enjoy a first taste of the 2023 vintage wines ahead of their official release, including the highly anticipated Triolet, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Quintet. These will be presented in compelling vertical flights, paired against select back-vintages from 2015 through 2021, offering a rare opportunity to experience the evolution and consistency of Mount Mary’s winemaking across seasons.

Held at the acclaimed Quay restaurant, with panoramic views over Sydney Harbour, the evening will be elevated by a bespoke menu created to pair with the wines’ fine-boned structure, lifted aromatics and layered complexity.
