About this Event
Event Photos

It’s no secret Detroit is the home of great cars and great music. This summer we’re bringing the two together in a way only Motown Museum can! Join us and the Mustang Ownership Club of Southeastern Detroit as we celebrate six generations of Mustangs on the Boulevard. Cars will be lined up in the front and back of the museum, and we’ll have our Motown sound curating the days energy.

To make it extra special, we’ll have a book signing featuring Ford’s first Black woman designer, Emeline King who penned the 1964 Mustang interior, with a rich legacy tied to both Motown and Ford.

Special guest, Motown legacy and 1966 Mustang owner Michelle King whose father sang with The Stylistics will also be making an appearance.

Come join us for a unique experience and a day of cars, music done up the Motown way!
