Course Overview:

Motivational Interviewing (MI) empowers clients to take charge of their own change through a collaborative, goal-focused approach. Highly effective for mental health, substance use, and chronic conditions, MI addresses ambivalence and builds self-motivation. In this hands-on one-day training, participants will practice MI techniques, engage in role-plays, and develop actionable strategies to facilitate meaningful client-driven change.
