Motivation is something that many of us wish we had more of, however, having a deeper understanding of the concept of motivation really helps us to identify why we sometimes lose, or lack, the drive that we wish we had. A look at a couple of motivational theories will hugely change your perspective and give you areas for development.

Our expectations directly affect our motivation, so it makes sense to take a look at strategies and characteristics that impact on our overall wellbeing. How we judge ourselves, how we may be holding ourselves, and others back, and how we can reframe our perspectives to get the most positive outcomes.

Our class based workshops are a relaxed way to find out more about how to improve your overall wellbeing. You will not be expected to speak up if you do not wish to, you can just turn up, grab a coffee, and listen in.
