Motivating Community Change

The Asset Building Clinic is honored to host Motivating Community Change, Integrating Social Change Into Clinical Work To Foster Financial Well Being . We will be celebrating the work ABC has achieved at Cal State LA and the surrounding community in the last year by featuring student work, engaging with a key note speaker Dr. Liz Barnett on Motivational Interviewing, and recognition of how ABC contributes to the Macro level of social work by providing critical financial educational interventions to students and their surrounding community.
We look forward to celebrating with you and our partner organizations, UCLA CalKids Institute, East LA Community Corporation, and CalState LA's Association of Student Social Workers!
