Motivate Me - Sunday Beach Walk Join me on Sunday 26th January at 09.15am for a lovely walk along Aberdeen Beach. We meet at The Standing Stones located at the Don end of the beach, we will then head off along towards Foot Dee. We’ll do a wee loop around the Foot Dee Village then stop for a little mindful moment where you will have the opportunity to select an Angel card. (Optional)
This route is usually around 7k distance .
**You do not need to attend any the fitness sessions to attend the walks**
Please note - Same as the Fitness Sessions this is a free Event which I am happy to set up and lead but Your Health and Safety should be your main priority so please only attend if you are physically able to walk 7k distance at a leisurely pace.
As mentioned above, I always bring my Angel Cards or Oracle cards and Positive Affirmation Cards and If you wish too you can choose one during our mindful moment. This is completely your choice:)
**These walks are weather dependent and will go ahead in most conditions unless it is unsafe to do so. I obviously want to do my best to keep everyone safe so I’ll try and update people on weather conditions in as much time as I possibly can**
