� TIMETABLE UPDATE �Our HYROX/Community class is moving to a Thursday 7.15-8.15pm starting on the 3rd of October.
This class has been a special edition as many of our members are now at the level where they are participating in the HYROX events �
The doors are also open to anyone who wishes to push themselves in a fun but challenging class!
You can pay as you go £7 per class or monthly at a discounted rate.
We have popped up our full transformation programme timetable as well for anyone interested in receiving a tonne more guidance in reaching their body goals �
