Theme of main issue holder for this week:"I wish to fully meet my spirit that came into this body. I want to feel that I'm in my centre, in a place where I'm deeply trusting in existence. I want to shift my constant physical pains and my fears and I want to stop them distracting me from noticing all the good things. I wish peace and abundance for myself and for these qualities to give meaning to my life."
"Motions of the Soul” is a type of integrated group process held in sacred space that allows us to enter “the mysterious workshop” of our soul's timelines and dimensions and in which we are able to call in the changes that we feel a longing towards.
During the process, participants take on roles to represent people, internal parts, concepts, ideas or energies. In these roles there is an experience of an altered perception of time and space, as if past, present and future are all happening simultaneously, leaving linear time behind. Old issues might resurface, often in a new context, deepening insight, bringing healing and resolution. We receive glimpses of future timelines and are shown the way forward whilst being initiated in new ways of receiving love and light.
We work with one main issue holder's focus each session. However, each participant is given a role that enhances or highlights what they are currently dealing with in life, giving them their own unique experience and inner process. In the mystery of the 'soulplay', every representative is given a role that brings healing and new understanding of themselves, whilst at the same time allowing an unfolding of the theme of the main issue holder. The issue holder's and the participants' processes end up complementing each other beautifully, in harmony.
The method uses various old and modern self-development and therapeutic tools; it is based on the foundations of family constellations, whilst also applying elements of psychodrama, bodywork and shamanic techniques. We work with Divine guidance and allow the process to unfold in the highest and best way for everyone present.
The 'soulplay' may take up to 4-5 hours, depending on the emotional and mental capacity of the participants and the self-governing nature of the whole process.
Due to the intensity of this type of work, we only cover one issue a day. The sacred space we create safely holds participants and facilitator alike. The days following the 'soulplay' are recommended to be kept physically and emotionally gentle. After effects may be felt for weeks.
Anyone undergoing psychiatric treatment, anyone having used drugs or alcohol on the day will not be able to partake. It is also not recommended for anyone who knows they might have physically/mentally challenging events coming up in their personal lives following the process. Any physical or emotional problem the participant is aware of that they believe might come up as a difficulty, please discuss this with the facilitator beforehand.
Anyone wishing to be the main issue holder is recommended to experience this way of working as a representative first. After this, the issue they wish to bring is explored in a one-to-one session. Having your own 'soulplay' is only recommended once every six months, as this is usually how long it takes for it to complete and changes to materialise. Participants that come as representatives can attend as often as they wish.
Please arrive wearing loose comfortable clothing and bring snacks for yourself/to share.
