JUSTICE FOR TOMITKA – CASE UPDATE
There has been another update regarding justice for Tomitka
Previous schedule:
• Final Pre-Trial: May 22, 2026
• Jury Trial: July 13, 2026
On June 4th, 2026, the judge granted the following changes.
NEW DATES:
• Final Pre-Trial: November 5, 2026 at 9:00 AM
• Jury Trial: January 4, 2027 at 8:30 AM
Both hearings will take place in Safety Building, Room 506.
At the Final Pre-Trial on November 5, the court is expected to hear and rule on several pending motions before the case proceeds to trial. While it's disappointing to see another delay, our commitment to seeking justice for Tomitka has not changed.
