Join us for Mother’s Day brunch on Sunday, May 12! Celebrate mom with an all-you-can-eat buffet, featuring an omelette station, carving station, dessert table and more! Omelette station: Eggs & omelettes made to order.
Carving station: Slow-roasted roast beef and roasted leg of lamb.
Hot brunch table: Huevo’s rancheros eggs benedict, blueberry cheese blintz, biscuits & gravy, bacon & breakfast sausage, brunch potatoes, espresso blackened salmon, spring vegetable ratatouille, smoked St. Louis pork ribs, and ranch style green beans.
Cold appetizers and salads: Fresh fruit platter, vegetable crudité, cheese & crackers, seafood & avocado ceviche, spring greens salad, Caesar salad, western Waldorf salad, chilled asparagus, and citrus vinaigrette.
Dessert table: Assorted pies, Danishes, scones, muffins and baked goods, sweet treats, brownies, peach cobbler, and chocolate chip bread pudding.
