Brisket hash with eggs, chicken and waffles with hot honey, smoked salmon benedict, and the SKOL Classic omelette with bacon, cheddar, and hash browns folded inside. Nordic French toast with berry compote for something sweet, and a breakfast burger topped with a fried egg and maple black pepper aioli for anyone leaning savory. Plates that show up hot and don’t need explaining.
