This will be a basic course of self defense. In addition to practice of physical techniques, there will be advice on risk mitigation.
Fee: $50.00 per attendee, additional family member $40.00. Minimum age 10.
Minimum of 8 for event to proceed. Comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate.
