Prakticky zaměřený workshop zve choreografy/choreografky, tanečníky/tanečnice, performery/perfomerky, divadelní tvůrce/tvůrkyně, pedagogy/pedagožky, dramaturgy/dramaturgyně i výzkumníky/výzkumnice k nahlédnutí do procesu vzniku interdisciplinárního projektu Mothers of Earth.
Workshop propojuje ecofeminismus, slovanskou mytologii, tělesnou paměť a současné performativní přístupy pro mladé publikum. Účastníci budou pracovat s fyzickou improvizací, hlasem, rytmem, obrazotvorností i kolektivní kompozicí a společně zkoumat tělo jako prostor transformace, rituálu a propojení s přírodou.

This practice-based workshop invites choreographers, dancers, performers, theatre makers, educators, dramaturgs, and researchers to enter the artistic research process behind Mothers of Earth — a new interdisciplinary performance by Sanja Frühwald and the VRUM Performing Arts Collective.
Rooted in eco-feminist thinking, Slavic mythology, embodied memory, and contemporary performing arts for young audiences, the workshop explores how ancient archetypes and ecological consciousness can inform today’s choreographic and performative practices.
Participants will engage in physical improvisation, voice and rhythm explorations, image work, and collective composition exercises while investigating the body as a site of transformation, ritual, resistance, and interconnectedness with nature.
