About this Event
Mothers of Angels host Heart to Heart.
Mothers of Angels invite you to a heartfelt evening of connection and support.
Our guest speakers will lead on intimate conversations about their experiences of pregnancy and baby loss, offering a safe space to listen, share (should you choose to) and be acknowledged.
Mothers Of Angels founder Tara Alexis experienced a late miscarriage 14 years ago and was taken by surprise one Mothers Day by how upset she became after receiving a text message from her sister wishing her a happy Mothers Day. Realising she was longing for some form of acknowledgement on this day, Tara set out to do something positive for herself and other women who have experienced this type of loss.
Having hosted 9 events so far with support from Sands charity, we are back again this year to create a safe space for women who have experienced pregnancy and baby loss.
This year we are hosting Heart to Heart, an intimate virtual event where we will explore the below topics with the utmost sensitivity, allowing attendees to sit and listen to our courageous guest speakers, learn from qualified Counsellors and simply be.
Discussion Topics Include:
- Post pregnancy bodies
- Managing unhelpful and intrusive thoughts
- Prioritising well-being.
This event is FREE to attend.
Note: Details of how to join the webinar will be sent to participants via email 24 hours in advance of the session.
