Come along to Woody's at Greengarth Business Park, Holmrook for a day of making stained glass flowers. Make as many as you can in the time given and choose from simple or more complex designs. A lovely mothers day gift that lasts a bit longer!
On this course you will:
- Learn how to use tools to cut and break glass safely
- Use glass to create patterns and shapes
- Use a grinder to refine and perfect shapes
- Learn the basics of copper foiling to construct a stained glass piece
- Use Soldering irons and solder to join glass components together
£85 for the full day or £80 if booked and paid in advance; this is inclusive of all teaching, materials and additional fixings to finish off your pieces.
The workshop duration includes approx 1 hour for lunch. Woody's will have hot food available from their food wagon along with hot drinks, cakes and snacks, though please feel free to bring your own lunch if you wish.
