Join us for a special Mother’s Day Innercise workshop, where we’ll delve into the intricate connection between mind and body. Have you ever observed your mother’s breathing techniques? Have you wondered about the onset of aches and pains with age or if her alignment affects you or even your children? Let’s explore these questions together.
Bring your mother along as we explore the profound impact of family lifestyle choices on health. We aim to enhance your self-awareness, prevent injuries, and foster a deeper connection with the world. Engage with others through interactive activities to gain insights into your performance.
During the workshop, we'll teach you:
- Breathing Better: Techniques to improve your breathing using your diaphragm.
- Energy Pathways: Discover specific pathways in your body and learn how to activate them through movement.
- Understanding Front and Back Body: Explore different layers of your body and discover how they connect with those pathways.
- Balancing Energies: Understand how different energies in your body affect your movement and overall well-being.
This workshop is open to anyone interested in movement, including dance, yoga, and other body activities. Various partnering exercises will facilitate understanding and connection. Practical techniques will be shared to elevate your awareness and overall well-being, nurturing creativity and a sense of balance, whether in your professional or personal life.
Don’t worry if your mother can’t attend; you’re encouraged to invite other mothers, such as your sister or friends, to join you. Let’s celebrate Mother’s Day by nurturing ourselves and those we cherish!
