Open to all who are ready to release and rejuvenate your emotions, mind, body, and spirit. Experience Energy Healing and Sound Therapy.

Perfect for beginners, no experience necessary.

PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT, PILLOW + BLANKET (and eye mask/blindfold/scarf if you'd like to have your eyes covered )

Some will be provided if you do not have one.

You will be laying down for this event, dress + bring whatever you need to feel comfortable.

**To enter our building, please come through the crown building entrance, go up the stairs to the second floor, we're in Suite *215

This journey will guide you through the body to release and reset your entire system, mind, emotions, body and spirit. Prepare to Relax and Receive during this Harmonic Sound Bath Journey.
