What is Biodynamic Craiosacral therapy? It is a gentle non-invasive hands-on session for the whole body. The practioners touch is light and still and the focus is to support the inherent health of the whole being, especially the nervous system.

What is Reiki? Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

What is a Sound Bath? Originating from various cultural traditions, sound baths use instruments like crystal singing bowls to produce immersive soundscapes aiming to induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation. Unlike a physical bath, a sound bath immerses you in frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centers or chakras, aiding to release built up energies within.

These sessions are known for stress reduction, mental clarity enhancement, emotional release, and sleep improvement. The sound waves from the Crystal Singing Bowls are thought to synchronize brain wave frequencies, fostering deep relaxation and a tranquil mind, which may ease anxiety, manage stress, and support a balanced mood. Additionally, the harmonious resonance of these bowls could promote a mental rest, sharpening focus and sparking creativity. The addition of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki enhances your experience to a whole other level.
