This workshop will provide an afternoon of calm, relaxation, and balancing the energy system to nourish and support the body through a restorative yin yoga practice while receiving Thai massage. This workshop brings together the relaxation of restorative yoga, the depth of yin yoga, and the bliss of Thai massage therapy together for the ultimate experience of rejuvenation. This 90-minute workshop will be mindfully led by Melanie Hale and Thai massage will be provided by Sarah Cheiky. Class size is limited.
