What a wonderful class, you'll make some of the most beloved and wonderful quiches and so easy yet youll be shown how to make quality pastry. The dough is an art all on its own, and the fillings as well. Menu: Quiche Loraine; Caramelized Onion; Spinach; Cheese, and green onions quiches.
