Leading the guided meditation is Josie, a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist, licensed massage therapist and Reiki master. Drawing from her background in energy work and holistic healing modalities, Josie invites you to immerse yourself in a sacred exploration of the divine feminine. Through a guided meditation, we will collectively ground ourselves, tapping into the wellspring of sacred feminine energy that flows within and around us. During this soul-nurturing session, you will be gently guided through processes of clearing and releasing, allowing us to release what no longer serves us and embrace the radiant essence of our feminine spirit. Together, we will honor and celebrate the beauty, strength, and wisdom inherent in every woman. Enjoy releasing energy and built up stress through deep breathing techniques.
