Celebrate Mum with a feast of seafood and seasonal produce, with a lavish 3-course lunch at Lennons Restaurant & Bar.
Enjoy Seared Scallops with Crispy Pancetta or Mozzarella with Heirloom Roast Baby Beetroot, Candied Walnut, Gran Reserva 25 Anos Balsamico XO for Entrée.
For mains, Indulge in your choice of Slow Cooked Rack of Lamb, Moreton Bay Barramundi or Roast Pumpkin and Truffle Risotto
Save room for dessert though, with a Chocolate and Coconut Gateau or Sticky Date Pudding on offer.
Mums will also be treated to a glass of complimentary glass of AIX Rosé.
Lennons Mother’s Day Lunch is available on Sunday 12 May from 12 PM – 3 PM.
