Mother's Day Italian Cooking Class

Treat your mother and yourself to a unique bonding experience centred on fresh pasta, seasonal ingredients, and classic Italian techniques. This hands on class is designed to be both fun and educational, guiding you through each step while sharing the stories behind the dishes.

On arrival, enjoy Italian nibbles and a welcome glass of sparkling rosé.

Under the guidance of our expert chefs at Eataly London, you will learn practical skills and techniques from making fresh pasta dough to shaping filled pasta, with clear step by step instruction. Our chefs will cook alongside you, answer questions, and share professional tips that you can recreate at home.

Recipes you will make:
• Crostini di ricotta ed erbette
• Fresh pasta dough turned into Caramelle pasta alla scamorza
• Panna cotta with berries

At the end of the class, sit down and enjoy the dishes you have created together, the true Italian way, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine.

Perfect for food lovers of all levels, this experience is a heartfelt and delicious way to celebrate Mother’s Day.

You will also receive detailed digital recipe cards and the class diploma signed by our Eataly Chef.

Important information:

• This class is not suitable for gluten-free guests, but it is suitable for vegetarians (please inform us in writing a few days before the class if you have dietary requirements)

• Due to the layout of our kitchens and operations, we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination.

• This class is designed for adults unless otherwise specified. Participants from the age of 14 and under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult and pre-agreed with Eataly in writing.

• Recipes and ingredients used in this class are fixed and cannot be modified.

• If more than 8 guests are attending, some participants may be required to share equipment and workspace. Don’t worry, everyone will prepare and enjoy their own dish from scratch!

• Additional drinks, aside from the welcome drink, are not included in the ticket fee and will be charged separately.

Ticket policy:

• ·Tickets are not refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may:

1. Send someone to attend in your place (all they need is your tickets' QR codes)

1. Request to reschedule for another date within the same month, subject to availability. This request must be made at least 5 working days before your original class date, to be considered.

• La Scuola requires a minimum of 5 participants per class. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund. You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if this occurs.
