Join us on Sunday, May 11th at 9:15AM for a Mother's Day infrared heated flow class! This class will be taught by our lovely instructor, Celena.
In this class we will be celebrating our mothers and everything they do for us. You will be guided through various poses while staying in tune with your breath, using it to guide your body. The infrared heat will work to detoxify your body while also providing a cozy warmth.
